Payment Policy

• 50% deposit to be paid to Kumbuk House within 2 weeks of booking confirmation. Only bank transfers are accepted. Details provided in your confirmation.

• Outstanding balance to be paid to Kumbuk House 4 weeks prior to arrival.

• Bookings less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% payment.

• Credit cards not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• 20% of full payment is non-refundable. Exceptions if government travel restrictions prevent your stay.

• 120 to 28 days before arrival | 50% of total

• Less than or 28 days before arrival | 100% of total

• No show or early departure | 100% of total
